Position Title:
Customer Service Representative


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the customer service hotline and deliver first and second level assistance
  • Record client feedback and requirements utilizing ticketing systems
  • Facilitate solutions within the customer support team
  • Aid in software deployment projects alongside clients and partners
  • Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous
  • Familiarity with driver's license or vehicle registration processes is a plus
  • Competence in Windows operating systems and MS Office suite
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities, with an analytical perspective
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a structured approach to work
