Position Title:
Customer Service Representative


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the customer support hotline, delivering first and second level assistance
  • Record customer insights and requirements utilizing ticketing systems
  • Facilitate resolution coordination within the support team
  • Aid in the execution of software implementation projects alongside clients and partners
  • Support the organization and delivery of training sessions
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in customer service is advantageous
  • Familiarity with driver's license or vehicle registration processes is a plus
  • Proficient in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities, with a strong analytical approach
