Founders Associate Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Founders Associate to join our portfolio company. As a Founders Associate, you will play a key role in helping to execute the company's vision and drive growth operations.
In this role, you will focus on supporting operations strategies and contributing to various exciting project initiatives. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and leadership team to make important decisions and gain valuable insights into the company's operations.
You will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with the CEO and leadership team to provide strategic support and guidance
- Gaining unique training and insights into a dynamic startup company and its various departments, including sales, product, and operations teams
- Supporting key strategic projects to shape the company's overall strategies for internationalization, market expansion, and strategic partnerships
- Working with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting the preparation of presentation materials
- Conducting due diligence, market analysis, and competitor analysis
- First-hand experience through internships in a fast-paced environment, such as a technology company, B2B, startup, or consulting firm
- Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience with multi-stakeholder projects
- Passionate about working in a startup environment and learning more about InsurTech, cyber insurance, and cybersecurity
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, as well as a strategic and analytical mindset
- Reliable, accurate, and independent work ethic
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in communicating with various stakeholders in German. English is a plus
Please note that we are looking for support in our Berlin office, and the ability to work within the EU is also required.
