Founders' Associate Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a driven Startup Operations Associate Intern (m/f/d) to become part of one of our portfolio ventures, assisting in the management of its operational strategies.
In this position, you will concentrate on enhancing operational strategies and will have the chance to engage in a variety of projects.
Join our portfolio venture: A German InsurTech firm dedicated to safeguarding businesses against cyber threats. This startup presents a distinctive blend of insurance and cyber protection services.
Your Responsibilities- Collaborate closely with the CEO and the leadership team on strategic initiatives, participating in critical decision-making processes.
- Gain exceptional training and insights into a vibrant startup environment, engaging with various departments including Sales, Product, and Operations.
- Contribute to significant strategic projects aimed at shaping the overall company strategies for international expansion, broadening their market reach, and establishing strategic sales partnerships.
- Work alongside diverse interdisciplinary stakeholders, assisting them in the preparation of presentation materials.
- Conduct research on due diligence, competitors, and market trends.
- Previous relevant experience through internships in a fast-paced setting such as technology, B2B, startups, consulting, or similar fields.
- Strong skills in slide creation and presentation, with initial experience in multi-stakeholder projects.
- Enthusiastic about hands-on work in a startup atmosphere and eager to learn about InsurTech, cyber insurance, and cybersecurity.
- Possess strategic and analytical thinking abilities.
- Demonstrate a reliable, precise, and independent working style.
- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to engage with various stakeholders in German; proficiency in English is an advantage.
Please note that we are looking for support in our portfolio venture's office. Eligibility to work within the EU is required.
