Job Overview

We are seeking a highly ambitious and multi-talented individual to join our team as a Founders Associate. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our Co-Founders and be an integral part of our fast-paced startup. The ideal candidate will be a future entrepreneur or executive who is eager to take on a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Founders across all departments to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Support our Founders with tasks related to upcoming financing rounds.
  • Lead the expansion of our business into new markets and countries.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our business and industry through quantitative and qualitative analyses.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in a relevant field and previous experience in consulting or a fast-growing startup.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a proven track record of project management duties.
  • Highly self-directed with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Execution-focused, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving complex problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
