Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Founders Associate intern, you will support our founding team with both operational and strategic initiatives. Your key tasks will include:
- Collaborating with customers to understand their goals, needs, and use cases
- Establishing relationships with leading software providers and expanding our partner network
- Planning and monitoring progress, ensuring timely execution of tasks, and maintaining open communication with partners to guarantee client success
- Working closely with our product team to enhance and evolve our product offerings
- Managing your own projects across various areas
To excel in this role, you will possess:
- A degree in business administration, business informatics, or a related field
- Initial professional experience in a startup or as an IT consultant, account executive, account manager, or customer success manager in the IT industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to empathize and build rapport with others
- A self-starter mentality, with a high level of ownership and a can-do attitude
- A strong passion for enterprise software and SaaS solutions
- A keen interest in new technologies and a desire to work with customers to solve complex IT decision-making challenges
- Fluency in German and English, with excellent business communication skills
- A customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills
