About the Role:

Manning Global AG is seeking a highly skilled Retail Training Manager to join their team in Germany. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective channel marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and Improve Existing Channel Marketing Strategies: Analyze market data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Develop New Channel Marketing Strategies: Create and implement marketing plans to target specific channels and promote products and services.
  • Target Specific Channels: Promote products and services through store joint marketing campaigns, pay-per-click advertising, social media platforms, emails, website contents, and SEO strategies.
  • Deploy Channel Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team, senior managers, and other departments to deploy channel marketing strategies.
  • Responsible for ROI: Continuously improve return on investment (ROI) through the acquisition, application, and use management of national marketing and joint marketing.
  • Responsible for Retail Visual Strategy: Manage the retail visual strategy output, including field store image, POSM, display, and branding consistency.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, advertising, business, or a related field.
  • Marketing Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of store marketing and current digital marketing technologies and techniques.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, superb leadership, communication, and collaboration capabilities.
  • Time Management: Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English language, other EU languages are a plus.
