We are seeking a dedicated professional to spearhead our sales initiatives beyond the DACH region. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales activities and exploring new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute commercial strategies to establish new business activities and services related to Uniper's assets outside the DACH region.
  • Identify and analyze emerging commodity markets, uncovering potential opportunities and formulating business cases.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to devise sales strategies aimed at penetrating new markets.
  • Oversee the sales volume delivery for Uniper's ammonia initiatives, both conventional and decarbonized.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, negotiating sales agreements effectively.
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders to navigate approval processes.
  • Represent Uniper at industry conferences and committees.
  • Report directly to the Head of New Markets.

Candidate Profile

  • A degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • Extensive experience in Sales, Origination, or Trading.
  • Strong understanding of international commodity markets, including Gas, Power, LNG, Ammonia, and GoOs.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to drive change pragmatically.
  • Excellent customer service orientation with strong negotiation skills.
  • Passion for enhancing Energy Generation Management (EGM).
  • Proficient in managing internal and external stakeholders, with a collaborative approach.
  • Fluent in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
