Join Our Team as a Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team in the DACH region. As a key member of our German Strategic Partnerships team, you will be responsible for managing our existing partnerships and developing new ones to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a training concept for our partners to enhance their sales and implementation capabilities.
  • Train our partners online and offline to ensure they have the necessary skills to promote and sell Agicap effectively.
  • Collaborate with our partners to find creative solutions to their customers' cash management challenges.
  • Strengthen our partnerships with management consultancies, banks, scale-ups, and other companies to meet our sales targets.
  • Expand our existing partner network and establish targeted long-term business relationships.
  • Promote the Agicap tool through product demos and drive awareness of the Agicap Germany brand.
  • Work closely with our marketing team to prepare events, webinars, and trade fairs.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business or economics.
  • 2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a dynamic environment such as a scale-up, consulting, or investment firm.
  • Strong interest in the SaaS environment and a desire to develop into a product champion.
  • Independent and confident communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
  • Hands-on mentality, with ambitious goals motivating you to find creative and goal-oriented solutions.
  • Willingness to travel to coach our partners on-site.
  • Proficiency in German (C2+) and English (C1).
