Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at NKT Cables-china. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to successfully market our power cable accessories in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire customers
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Develop sales plans and negotiate contracts
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive monitoring
  • Present and actively sell NKT Cables products
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of studies in business or technology
  • Several years of professional experience in a senior sales position, ideally in technical sales
  • Comprehensive project experience and a good understanding of commercial, technical, and legal aspects
  • Excellent German and English language skills, with additional languages being advantageous
  • Willingness to travel
