Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to successfully market our products and services in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our power cable accessories in the renewable energy sector.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire customers in the renewable energy sector.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships with key stakeholders in the renewable energy sector.
- Develop sales strategies and plans to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Conduct sales negotiations and contract closures with customers in the renewable energy sector.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in the renewable energy sector.
- Implement growth rates and margins, along with a coordinated pricing strategy.
- Present and actively sell NKT Cables-China's power cable accessories to customers in the renewable energy sector.
Requirements
- Successful completion of studies with a focus on business or technology.
- Several years of professional experience in a senior sales position, ideally in technical sales.
- Comprehensive project experience and a good understanding of commercial, technical, and legal aspects, including contract negotiation.
- Excellent English language skills (spoken and written), with additional languages being advantageous.
- Willingness to travel.
