Regional Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at NKT Cables-china. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to successfully market our power cable accessories in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire customers in the renewable energy sector
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Develop and present sales strategies and plans to achieve business objectives
  • Conduct sales negotiations and contract closures to secure new business
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Present and actively sell NKT Cables-china accessory products to customers
Requirements:
  • Successful completion of studies with a focus on business or technology
  • Several years of professional experience in a senior sales position, ideally in technical sales
  • Comprehensive project experience and a good understanding of commercial, technical, and legal aspects, including contract negotiation
  • Excellent English language skills (spoken and written), with additional languages being advantageous
  • Willingness to travel
