Position: Inside Sales Manager

Become a vital part of our team as an Inside Sales Manager at AUTO1 Group, a frontrunner in the automotive trading sector. In this position, you will play a key role in fostering business relationships with dealers within our Remarketing Department, concentrating on assisting our B2B partners in the online sale of vehicles. Join us in transforming the B2B automotive landscape through our streamlined processes and advanced digital infrastructure.

Your Responsibilities
  • Assist regional Key Account Managers across the country
  • Oversee significant customer projects and guarantee seamless sales operations in collaboration with various departments
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the operational service team and major clients for tasks such as document management and scheduling adjustments
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and Auction Reports for business clients and internal assessments
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and deliver comprehensive customer support
Your Skills
  • At least two years of sales experience in the pre-owned vehicle sector or automotive field
  • Enthusiastic attitude and proactive mindset towards achieving objectives
  • Strong interest in digital solutions and automobiles
  • Exceptional communication abilities in German
  • Customer-focused approach with a service-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in Google Workspace applications
