Inside Sales Manager / Vertriebsassistent (d/m/w)

Become a vital member of our Key Account Management Team as an Inside Sales Manager / Vertriebsassistent (d/m/w). Your primary focus will be to cultivate and maintain professional relationships with dealers from our Remarketing Department. Remarketing is an expanding segment within AUTO1 Group, the foremost car trading platform in Europe, dedicated to assisting B2B partners in efficiently selling vehicles online through streamlined processes and advanced digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support to regional Key Account Managers throughout Germany
  • Assist in managing significant customer projects and ensure seamless sales operations by coordinating with various departments
  • Serve as the main liaison between the operational business service team and key clients for tasks such as document dispatch and appointment adjustments
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and Auction Reports for our business partners and internal assessments
  • Address customer inquiries, handle complaints, and oversee general customer service
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of two years of sales experience in the pre-owned vehicle industry or automotive field
  • A proactive mindset and a strong drive to meet established objectives
  • A genuine enthusiasm for digital innovations and automobiles
  • Exceptional communication skills in German
  • A strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Proficient in Google Workspace applications
