Business Development Manager for Construction-Tech Startup

We are a construction-tech startup that makes the management and trade of construction machines digital. Our innovative business model includes a digital trading platform for reselling used construction equipment to an international network of dealers, as well as digital solutions for inspecting machines.

We are growing rapidly and need a professional to support us in all aspects of sales, marketing, and operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop our business from day one, including lead generation projects, marketing initiatives, onboarding sessions, and operations related to successful deals.
  • Work closely with our founders to gain deep insights into the development of a Y Combinator startup.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or economics or a comparable subject at a university or business school.
  • Initial work experience in a dynamic environment, such as consulting, investment banking, or a startup, is an advantage.
  • Passion for startups and digital solutions.
  • Proactive and open to new challenges and tasks from different subject areas.
  • Analytical, solution-oriented, and hands-on mentality.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
  • Team player.
  • Fluency in French and English.
