Business Development Manager for Construction-Tech Startup

We are a Y Combinator-backed construction-tech startup that aims to revolutionize the management and trade of construction machines through digitalization.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement lead generation projects to drive business growth
- Collaborate with our founders to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Onboard new clients and manage successful deals
- Work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless execution
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration or economics
- Initial work experience in a dynamic environment, such as consulting, investment banking, or a startup
- Passion for startups and digital solutions
- Proactive and open to new challenges and tasks
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and hands-on mentality
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Fluency in French and English
