Our automated, complex systems process blood plasma products, vaccines, oncology, and biotech products in pre-filled syringes, vials, infusion bottles, and cartridges.

**Our Team**

We are looking for a Technical Sales Manager - Turn Key Solutions to join our international team at our location in Schwäbisch Hall. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support and guidance to our customers, particularly in the development and maintenance of our business relationships
  • Supporting our colleagues in the development of new business opportunities and projects
  • Developing and presenting solutions for complex turn-key customer requests
  • Managing complex technical proposal projects in collaboration with our cross-functional teams
  • Preparing and conducting final negotiations with customers and ensuring the successful completion of the sales process

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, special machinery, and the pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement effective solutions
  • Proficiency in German and English languages
