Technical Sales Manager - Your Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with local sales teams to provide expert advice and support to clients, aiming to enhance the network of relationships.
  • Assist colleagues in both domestic and international markets in attracting new clientele.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to devise solutions for intricate turnkey customer requests and deliver presentations directly to clients.
  • Independently manage technical proposal projects in conjunction with various departments, including project management, engineering, finance, and legal.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring that all proposals are meticulously finalized.
  • Leverage market analysis and personal insights to cultivate comprehensive Market Intelligence.
Your Qualifications
  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • A strong enthusiasm for sales, custom machinery, and the pharmaceutical industry, complemented by relevant professional experience.
  • Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal communication skills and a talent for intercultural relations.
  • Proven conceptual and methodological abilities, along with outstanding planning and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in both German and English is essential.
  • A willingness to travel internationally, up to 30% of the time.
