Join Our Team as a Sales Support Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Support Manager to join our team at OPTIMA packaging group GmbH. As a Sales Support Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain technical data sheets for sales teams, collaborating with relevant departments to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Product Specialist: Support the development of our product offerings, including the creation and revision of sales materials, such as brochures and presentations.
  • Business Development Associate: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content, including machine videos and product demonstrations.
  • Content Creation: Develop and maintain high-quality content, including product images and videos, to support sales efforts.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve our sales processes and procedures, working closely with the sales team to implement changes.
Requirements:
  • Technical Background: A technical education or equivalent experience, with a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
  • Industry Experience: Several years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the packaging industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in VBA programming and content creation tools, such as Adobe Premiere Pro CC and Adobe Photoshop CC.
