Position Overview

We are excited to present an opportunity for a Demand Planner (m/f/d) at The Kraft Heinz Company. This role, reporting to the Customer Excellence Manager, is pivotal in overseeing the management of a rolling 0-12 month Demand Plan and facilitating the Integrated Tactical Planning (ITP) and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Demand Planning Process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the sales forecasting for all product lines across Retail and Foodservice channels.
  • Lead segments of the demand planning process, collaborating closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams.
  • Develop a comprehensive sales forecast at the product level, incorporating promotional activities and new product launches over a 24-month horizon.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of actual sales data, promotional efforts, market trends, and product innovations.
  • Engage actively in planning for product introductions and discontinuations, contributing to annual strategic planning efforts.
  • Participate in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings to identify potential supply chain risks and serve as a liaison to the Customer Service team.

Required Qualifications:

  • A valid EU Working Permit is required for this position.
  • A university degree in a relevant field such as Business Studies, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Preferably some experience in order management or customer service roles, along with a solid understanding of logistics operations.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Business-level proficiency in English is essential; proficiency in German is a plus.
