Position: Supply Chain Analyst (m/w/d)

Location: Düsseldorf (Hybrid)

Job Description

You will be responsible for demand and supply planning as well as operational supply chain management. Your role will involve collaborating closely with marketing and sales to ensure optimal product availability. Additionally, you will serve as a key liaison with finance, medical, and customer service departments. Externally, you will manage contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs) and logistics partners. You will monitor and report on supply chain KPIs and support new product launches.

Main Responsibilities

  • Oversee the demand and supply planning process
  • Coordinate monthly forecast figures with marketing and sales
  • Participate in and prepare for the monthly S&OP process
  • Monitor and report on supply chain KPIs (DPA, COF, Inventory Level, OOS)
  • Support new product launches
  • Manage inventory, including ABC and safety stock analyses
  • Ensure product availability while minimizing inventory costs and stock-out risks
  • Collaborate with and manage CMOs and logistics service providers

Requirements

  • Completed degree, preferably in business administration, logistics, or industrial engineering (Bachelor's required, Master's preferred)
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in customer service, commercial operations, sales, or supply chain
  • Analytical thinking and structured working style
  • Strong affinity for numbers and excellent Excel skills
  • IT affinity, ideally with knowledge from the pharmaceutical industry
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
