Supply Chain Solutions Specialist

As a Solution Consultant specializing in Kinaxis RapidResponse, a leading concurrent supply chain planning platform, you will be instrumental in enhancing our clients' operational efficiency.

In this position, you will take a pivotal role in the deployment and enhancement of the Kinaxis RapidResponse software for our clients. Your collaboration with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and business analysts, will be key to delivering effective supply chain solutions. Your core responsibilities will encompass understanding client needs, configuring the Kinaxis RapidResponse system, and providing thorough training and support to facilitate seamless implementation and user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to gather and assess their supply chain requirements
  • Tailor the Kinaxis RapidResponse system to meet client specifications
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end users and key stakeholders
  • Develop functional design documentation, software specifications, and testing/training scenarios
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement optimal supply chain solutions
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in supply chain management and Kinaxis RapidResponse

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, computer science/IT systems, business, or engineering
  • Familiarity with principles and processes of supply chain management
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to convey complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Hands-on approach, structured work style, and a focus on customer satisfaction
  • High motivation to learn and grow
  • Ideally, experience as a Solution Consultant or in a similar role, with expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse

For candidates with experience implementing RapidResponse as a Solution Consultant, there are opportunities for rapid advancement to a Solution Architect role, responsible for comprehensive solution design for our clients.
