Customer Success Strategist

Your key responsibilities will include:
* Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs, review key performance indicators, and plan strategies to drive their success
* Providing tailored guidance and best practice advice to assist customers in fully leveraging our software solutions
* Delivering exceptional customer care, with a focus on fostering long-term customer satisfaction
* Coordinating and collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement sustainable solutions that address customer challenges and optimize their experience
* Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, while maintaining a customer-centric approach
* Analyzing customer feedback and support trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and process optimizations
