Customer Success Intern/Working Student

We're seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Success Department as an Intern or Working Student. In this role, you'll assist the team with administrative tasks, such as ticket allocation and preparing email templates. Your collaboration with various teams will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operations.

You'll work in an international environment to achieve common goals and objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who's passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers and is looking to start a career in customer success management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support lower-tier customers in navigating their journey and addressing their basic needs
  • Assist the team with administrative tasks, including ticket allocation and preparing email templates
  • Provide virtual demonstrations to customers to clarify software features as needed

Requirements:

  • Strong ability to listen attentively, apply logic and reason, follow-through, and exceptional communication skills
  • Easy to work with and currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  • Proficient in MS Office and business-fluent communication skills in English are mandatory
  • Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
