At Flip GmbH, we're on a mission to empower every employee by changing the way frontline employees work. As a Customer Success Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving this mission forward.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, implement, and manage Mid-Market & Enterprise customer projects
  • Prepare and conduct Kickoff events, workshops, and regular meetings with customers to drive their success story
  • Develop and maintain customer-facing materials, such as onboarding and training materials
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our Customer Success team, including process optimization and new project development
  • Act as a Go-To-Person for customer insights, driving product development and customer success
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to drive customer success and product development
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a focus on project management and customer success
  • Proven ability to work independently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and accountability
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address customer needs
  • Proficiency in English and German, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
