Your Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, review key performance indicators, and develop strategies for driving their success.
- Provide tailored guidance and best practices to help customers maximize the value of Onventis software solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer care by fostering long-term relationships and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sustainable solutions that address customer challenges and optimize their experience.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
- Analyze customer feedback and support trends to inform product enhancements and process optimizations.
