Customer Success Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Active Account Management: Work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals.
- System Optimization: Collaborate with our development team to optimize our employee apps and ensure seamless user experience.
- Sales and Marketing Support: Assist in the creation of sales and marketing materials to help drive business growth.
- Event Planning: Organize and execute customer events, workshops, and kick-off meetings to foster strong relationships with our customers.
- Success Story Development: Contribute to the development of our success stories and case studies to showcase our customers' achievements.
- Previous experience in customer management or a related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
- Availability to work on-site in Stuttgart.
