About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Onventis. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers maximize the value of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, review key performance indicators, and plan strategies to drive their success.
  • Expert Guidance: Offer tailored guidance and best practice advice to assist customers in fully leveraging our software solutions to achieve their business objectives.
  • Customer Care: Foster long-term customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer care, while working closely with our dedicated support team to handle daily ticket management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product management, consulting, and other internal teams to develop and implement sustainable solutions that address customer challenges and optimize their experience.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze customer feedback and support trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and process optimizations.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: Demonstrated ability to put the customer at the heart of everything you do, with a strong orientation towards service and satisfaction.
  • Communication Skills: Confident in verbal and written communication, proficient in German and English.
  • Proactive and Organized: Independent, structured working style with a knack for managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Affinity with Technology: Strong affinity for technology and ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Bonus Skills: Experience in supporting software products or knowledge of purchasing, logistics, or SAP ERP (especially the MM module) is a plus.
