About the Role

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Channel Sales Manager to join our team at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise. As a Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit suitable channel partners based on their expertise, market coverage, and alignment with the company's goals and values.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including regular communication, training, and support.
  • Provide channel partners with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell the company's products or services.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to set sales targets and develop joint business plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, channel partner performance, and market trends to identify areas of improvement.
  • Address and resolve conflicts that may arise between channel partners.
  • Stay informed about market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure seamless execution of channel programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Completed a degree in IT, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable vocational training.
  • About 5 years of experience in the ICT industry, preferably in a channel environment.
  • Proven references with solid accountability for developing and implementing business strategies.
  • Native German speaking and fluent English.
  • Team-oriented, collaborative, and long-term committed and energetic approach to challenges.
