About the Role

As a Channel Sales Manager at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and achieve revenue targets. You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting suitable channel partners, building and maintaining strong relationships with them, and providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell our products or services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth through channel partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, including regular communication, training, and support.
  • Provide channel partners with the necessary tools, resources, and training to effectively sell our products or services.
  • Collaborate with channel partners to set sales targets and develop joint business plans.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, channel partner performance, and market trends to identify areas of improvement.
  • Address and resolve conflicts that may arise between channel partners.
  • Stay informed about market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure seamless execution of channel programs and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales development and channel management.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet business objectives.
  • Fluent German language skills and excellent English language skills.
  • Strong understanding of the ICT industry and channel environment.
