AxiioTek is seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager for professional audio products. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in expanding our sales network, driving sales efforts in your assigned region, and providing expert guidance to customers.

Your Role:

  • Expand Sales Network: Develop and implement sales strategies to expand our sales network, with a particular emphasis on project-based business.
  • Drive Sales Efforts: Manage relationships with existing market partners and plan offices while actively seeking and acquiring new clients to grow our customer base.
  • Provide Expert Guidance: Offer insights on product benefits and cost-effectiveness through various channels, including phone, online, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement product-focused sales strategies that drive market presence and brand awareness.
  • Support Project Execution: Assist in the seamless execution of projects and develop holistic solution concepts.
  • Represent the Company: Lead product training sessions and represent AxiioTek at trade shows, workshops, and industry events.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor market trends and analyze developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Your Profile:

  • Passion for AV Technology: A strong interest and passion for selling AV and network technology products.
  • Industry Experience: Ideally, experience in selling AV solutions, audio components, DSP systems, or media control systems.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel to provide exceptional on-site customer support.
  • Key Skills: Excellent organizational skills, resilience, and the ability to work independently with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Team Player: A collaborative team player, comfortable working both in-office and remotely.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German with good proficiency in English.
