Senior Channel Sales Director

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team at Flowtec Group, a leading provider of high-end laboratory equipment and protein purification solutions. As a Senior Channel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development in the international market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our channel network and increase sales revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and key stakeholders to drive business growth and development.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, and develop and implement plans to capture these opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide insights and recommendations to improve sales results.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the market, competitors, and customer needs to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of driving business growth and development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, with occasional international travel.
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in local languages a plus.
