This is What You Can Expect
  • Strategic management of the business segment and sales activities.
  • Responsibility for seismic survey design, contractor selection, project planning, operations management, and supervision of major international projects.
  • Detailed project planning, risk assessment, and resource planning for operational and safety aspects.
  • Technical consultancy for asset teams in seismic acquisition techniques.
  • Monitoring compliance with HSE policies and procedures.
This is What We Expect
  • Master's degree or diploma in geology, physics, or a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Profound knowledge in seismic data processing and reprocessing.
  • Significant experience in 2D/3D seismic and survey design/planning, operations, and sales.
  • Experience in preparing offers and familiar with oil and gas market procedures.
  • Knowledge of HSE and quality management standards and regulations (NEBOSH, SCC).
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and German.
  • Strong personnel management skills and experience in leading a team.
