We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as Head of Seismic Operations and Strategy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the strategic management of our business segment and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Management: Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Seismic Survey Design and Planning: Design and plan seismic surveys to meet client requirements, ensuring optimal results and cost-effectiveness.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the execution of seismic operations, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Planning and Risk Assessment: Develop detailed project plans, assess risks, and allocate resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Technical Consultancy: Provide technical expertise to asset teams on seismic acquisition techniques and best practices.
  • HSE Compliance: Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree or diploma in geology, physics, or a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Experience: Significant experience in 2D/3D seismic survey design, planning, operations, and sales.
  • Skills: Profound knowledge of seismic data processing and reprocessing, excellent communication skills, and strong personnel management skills.
  • Language: Fluency in English and German, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
