Senior Director of Customer Experience

At Brenntag, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, Customer Services to lead our Customer Services agenda in BSP.

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to deliver a world-class customer service experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service management and experience in leading cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing customer service strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Leading the development of performance metrics and service levels to measure customer service excellence
  • Global oversight and alignment of training and quality assurance programs to ensure consistency and quality
  • Global liaison between Customer Services and BSP Business Units to ensure seamless collaboration and communication
  • Oversight of Customer Services in respective regions to ensure alignment with global strategies

The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering customer service excellence and will be able to demonstrate their ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.
