- Developing and implementing customer service strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Leading the development of performance metrics and service levels to measure customer service excellence
- Global oversight and alignment of training and quality assurance programs to ensure consistency and quality
- Global liaison between Customer Services and BSP Business Units to ensure seamless collaboration and communication
- Oversight of Customer Services in respective regions to ensure alignment with global strategies
