Product Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our product portfolio's success.
- Oversee the management of both existing and new products, focusing on commercialization, market expansion, and profitability analysis while crafting effective go-to-market strategies.
- Utilize data analytics to gain insights into consumer behavior, competitive dynamics, and key product advantages, ensuring our branded offerings are optimally positioned in the market. Provide ongoing feedback to both Regional and Global Teams.
- Propose effective trade and shopper marketing strategies, including product assortment, pricing, and merchandising approaches for both in-store and online platforms.
- Collaborate with the local Head of Marketing to design and execute media campaigns (both digital and traditional), adhering to the overarching communication strategy aligned with brand goals.
Qualifications:
Professional Experience and Education:
- A degree in Business Administration or Marketing is required; an MBA is preferred. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing generalist role, preferably within the Consumer Packaged Goods sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, media management, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- Strong understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and profit and loss (P&L) management, along with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in Brand Management, Category Management, and Project Management.
- Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in German and English.
- Proven ability to manage interpersonal relationships effectively, work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, and thrive in matrix environments.
