Key Responsibilities:
As a pivotal member of our marketing team, you will:
- Oversee the management of our product portfolio, focusing on both established and innovative offerings, ensuring effective commercialization, market expansion, and profitability analysis.
- Utilize data-driven insights to comprehend consumer and shopper behaviors, competitive dynamics, and the unique advantages of our product range, facilitating optimal positioning in the marketplace.
- Propose strategic trade and shopper marketing initiatives, including product selection, pricing strategies, and merchandising tactics for both physical and digital retail environments.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Marketing to design and execute media campaigns (both paid digital and traditional), aligning with our overarching communication strategy and brand goals.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A degree in Business Administration or Marketing; an MBA is preferred, along with a minimum of three years of experience in a marketing generalist role, ideally within the Consumer Packaged Goods sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, media management, and search engine optimization.
- A solid grasp of key performance indicators and profit and loss management, coupled with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in Brand Management, Category Management, and Project Management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in German and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and matrixed environments, demonstrating a team-oriented approach.
