Key Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the product portfolio, including both existing and new offerings, with a focus on commercialization, market expansion, and profitability analysis.
- Utilizing data analytics to gain insights into consumer and shopper behavior, competitive dynamics, and key advantages of our products to effectively position our brands in the market.
- Proposing go-to-market strategies that encompass trade and shopper marketing elements, such as product assortment, pricing strategies, and merchandising approaches for both in-store and online platforms.
- Assisting the local Head of Marketing in the creation and execution of media campaigns (both paid digital and traditional), aligned with the overarching communication strategy and brand objectives.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Business Administration or Marketing; an MBA is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing generalist role, ideally within the Consumer Packaged Goods sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, media management, and search engine optimization (SEO).
- A solid understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and profit and loss (P&L) management, coupled with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in Brand Management, Category Management, and Project Management.
- Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in German and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of managing relationships effectively and collaborating within cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.
