Product Marketing Lead

Key Responsibilities:
As a pivotal member of our marketing team, you will:
- Oversee the management of our diverse product range, focusing on both established and innovative offerings, ensuring effective commercialization, market expansion, and profitability assessment through strategic go-to-market initiatives.
- Utilize data-driven insights to analyze consumer behavior, competitive landscapes, and the unique advantages of our portfolio, enabling optimal positioning of our branded products to meet consumer needs. Provide ongoing feedback to both Regional and Global Teams.
- Propose effective trade and shopper marketing strategies, including product assortment, pricing structures, and merchandising tactics for both physical and online retail environments.
- Collaborate closely with the local Head of Marketing to devise and execute comprehensive media strategies, encompassing both paid digital and traditional campaigns, aligned with our overarching brand communication objectives.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- A degree in Business Administration or Marketing, with an MBA being advantageous, and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing generalist role, preferably within the Consumer Packaged Goods sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing, media management, and search engine optimization.
- A solid grasp of key performance indicators and profit and loss management, along with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience in Brand Management, Category Management, and Project Management.
- Excellent business communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in German and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships effectively and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and matrix environments.
