Client Relationship Manager

Job Overview:
The Account Manager will be pivotal in nurturing and expanding client partnerships within the designated region. This role involves identifying avenues for revenue enhancement through the acquisition of new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and cultivate client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Explore and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Enhance brand visibility through targeted marketing initiatives and participation in industry events.
Sales Process:
- Adhere to a systematic sales methodology to optimize outcomes.
- Proactively generate leads through thorough research and networking efforts.
- Efficiently close sales and facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
- Provide comprehensive training to stakeholders both pre- and post-sale.
- Engage continuously with clients to maintain and expand the client portfolio.
Operational Duties:
- Collaborate on broader market and organizational initiatives.
- Ensure high-quality maintenance of Census and CRM data.
Reporting Responsibilities:
- Coordinate sales strategies with the Regional Manager.
- Track client engagement and provide regular progress updates.
- Meet established performance targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven experience in customer service or sales is essential.
- Experience in the Hospitality sector is preferred.
- Fluency in both German and English is required; proficiency in French is advantageous.
- Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
