IT-Specialist (m/w/d) - Support Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled IT-Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team at JRS Rettetmaier France. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Key Responsibilities- First- and Second-Level Support: You will be the first point of contact for all software, hardware, network, and telephony issues, providing timely and effective solutions to our employees.
- Ticket Management: You will analyze and prioritize issues in our ticketing system (FreshService), ensuring that all incidents are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- IT Support Services: You will provide IT support to our employees, both on-site and remotely, using your technical expertise to resolve issues and improve our IT systems.
- Documentation and Reporting: You will maintain accurate records of all IT support requests, including documentation and reporting in our ticketing system.
- Onboarding and Training: You will be responsible for conducting IT-related onboarding processes for new employees, providing training and support to ensure a smooth transition.
- Project Participation: You will contribute to IT-related projects, working closely with our team to deliver high-quality results.
- Education: You must have completed an IT-related education, such as a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience: You must have at least 1 year of experience in IT support, with a strong understanding of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English, as well as strong technical skills, including Windows 10, MS Office, and Active Directory.
- Personality: You must be a team player, with a strong service-oriented mindset, able to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
