Position: Senior Consultant at C Space

We are excited to present an opportunity for a Senior Consultant role at C Space. In this position, you will be instrumental in implementing the C Space methodology across the Central and Eastern European markets. Reporting to the Regional Head, you will oversee research and consultancy initiatives while influencing the strategic direction of this emerging business segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of delivering Insight and Strategy Projects, offering clients expert guidance on significant business challenges through impactful consultancy.
  • Oversee a variety of insight and co-creation projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and effectively engaging stakeholders with our insights.
  • Enhance client accounts by gaining a comprehensive understanding of their organizations and working collaboratively to develop solutions that provide substantial value.
  • Work autonomously and help build high-performing teams, collaborating with a Director and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Contribute to the establishment of a new business unit by utilizing industry knowledge to shape its future trajectory.
  • Support business expansion through active involvement in marketing and sales initiatives, with the support of leadership and sales teams.

Required Qualifications:

  • Passionate about consumer-driven change. Have experience in consulting or client-side roles in branding, customer experience, innovation, or marketing, with exposure to various primary research and co-creation methodologies (quantitative, qualitative, online, and face-to-face).
  • Collaborative and adept at relationship building. Enjoy teamwork and excel in fostering productive relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences are essential.
  • Highly adaptable with a sense of ownership. Show independence and agility in dynamic environments, capable of managing multiple priorities. Demonstrate sound judgment in escalating issues and seeking support, while remaining flexible for optimal results. Embrace a growth mindset, welcome constructive feedback, and possess a quick learning ability.
  • Insightful and entrepreneurial. Maintain a creative approach, consistently looking for ways to enhance value in projects and operations, and capable of acting on instincts to improve efficiency.
  • Globally aware and culturally sensitive. Exhibit strong written and verbal proficiency in English and German, with an understanding of cultural nuances across various organizations, teams, and markets.
