Lead Consultant for Strategy & Transformation (m/w/d)

Your Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the (further) development and implementation of the overall corporate strategy, deriving strategic measures and projects from market and competitive analysis.
  • Assist in managing the strategic project portfolio.
  • Prepare and conduct strategy events and meetings in collaboration with senior management.
  • Take comprehensive responsibility for leading and supporting strategic projects through all phases – from conception and planning to execution.
  • Regularly report on project progress at the (top) management level.
  • Manage project teams, collaborating with both internal and external partners, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Promote knowledge transfer within the department and organization.
Your Profile
  • Successfully completed degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Initial relevant professional experience, e.g., as a Senior Consultant in a consulting firm or as a project manager in a strategic role, preferably in or for the retail or FMCG sector.
  • Knowledge in strategy development and implementation, organizational development, and project (portfolio) management.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with high problem-solving competence.
  • Confident, communicative, and assertive personality with diplomatic skills.
  • Proficient in presentations, even at the highest management levels.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English.
