Your Responsibilities- Contribute to the (further) development and implementation of the overall corporate strategy, deriving strategic measures and projects from market and competitive analysis.
- Assist in managing the strategic project portfolio.
- Prepare and conduct strategy events and meetings in collaboration with senior management.
- Take comprehensive responsibility for leading and supporting strategic projects through all phases – from conception and planning to execution.
- Regularly report on project progress at the (top) management level.
- Manage project teams, collaborating with both internal and external partners, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
- Promote knowledge transfer within the department and organization.
- Successfully completed degree in business administration or a related field.
- Initial relevant professional experience, e.g., as a Senior Consultant in a consulting firm or as a project manager in a strategic role, preferably in or for the retail or FMCG sector.
- Knowledge in strategy development and implementation, organizational development, and project (portfolio) management.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with high problem-solving competence.
- Confident, communicative, and assertive personality with diplomatic skills.
- Proficient in presentations, even at the highest management levels.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English.
