Lead Consultant in Health Care Strategy (w/m/d)

Your Responsibilities
If you are eager to advise and support our clients in the Health Care sector, here’s how you can contribute:

  • As part of a comprehensive market strategy, you will collaborate with your team to provide guidance to organizations and institutions in the health sector, offering cross-sector solutions from analysis to design and implementation.
  • To ensure a holistic approach, you will assist our clients in digital transformation projects and the integration of telematics infrastructure applications. You will design new Target Operating Models for our clients and implement them in various projects.
  • To foster innovative solutions and engage our clients, you will leverage a broad healthcare network within KPMG.
  • You will apply the latest methodological and technological insights to adapt to client-specific situations.
Your Profile
  • To become a Lead Consultant (w/m/d) in Health Care Strategy, you should possess a completed degree, ideally with a focus on health care or medicine, complemented by a business administration qualification.
  • You should have at least two years of professional experience, ideally gained in a consulting environment, including internships.
  • A curiosity and initiative to explore the latest trends in the health system and analyze them critically are essential.
  • Your strengths should include teamwork, a strong customer orientation, analytical skills, confident demeanor, and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Fluent proficiency in both German and English is expected.
