Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement climate strategies and risk management plans for clients
- Conduct climate risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation and adaptation strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement climate-related projects and initiatives
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on climate-related matters
- Stay up-to-date with the latest climate-related research, trends, and best practices
- Master's or PhD degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in climate strategy and risk management, preferably in a consulting or sustainability role
- Expert-level knowledge of climate-related topics, including goal setting, mitigation strategies, risk assessment, and scenario analysis
- Strong leadership and project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects and teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Fluency in English, with proficiency in German a plus
