Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base through targeted customer acquisition activities.
  • Design and develop complex technical adhesive and processing solutions for multiple high-tech industries.
  • Collaborate with executives and the Engineering team in the US and Germany to drive business growth.
  • Provide startup project development and ongoing customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage internal and external projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Establish a local sales network to drive regional growth.
  • Represent DELO at various trade shows to showcase our expertise.

Requirements

  • Located in the Bay Area, San José.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Process, Material Science, or Physical Engineering) or similar technical field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical corporate environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of customer support and sales experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
