Technical Sales Specialist San José

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand our customer base through targeted customer acquisition activities.
- Design and develop complex technical adhesive and processing solutions for multiple high-tech industries.
- Collaborate with executives and the Engineering team in the US and Germany to drive business growth.
- Provide startup project development and ongoing customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage internal and external projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Establish a local sales network to drive regional growth.
- Represent DELO at various trade shows to showcase our expertise.
Requirements
- Located in the Bay Area, San José.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Process, Material Science, or Physical Engineering) or similar technical field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a technical corporate environment.
- Minimum 2 years of customer support and sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
