As a Global Account Manager at Herman Miller Germany, you will have the opportunity to develop and lead strategic account plans in key markets within EMEA, driving business growth and exceeding financial objectives. Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and mentor the Regional Specialists Team to create tailored selling strategies for EMEA markets.
- Develop comprehensive account profiles for existing and potential customers, highlighting key opportunities and challenges.
- Build relationships with industry influencers and aligned industries to drive business growth.
- Develop and execute selling strategies to secure new accounts and relationships, ensuring timely and accurate management information is provided to the Director of Global Accounts EMEA.
- Collaborate with HM sales teams to ensure seamless execution of account plans.
- Exceed financial goals by securing new business with global customers and regional account customers, leveraging HMGA EMEA relationships to drive success.
- Provide feedback to HM on experiences and insights gained from the field.
- Support the creation of compelling and complex commercial quotations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Comfortable and knowledgeable about technology, with the ability to learn and absorb knowledge quickly.
- Excellent strategic selling skills, with the ability to present results to the business.
- Excellent commercial acumen, with a strong understanding of the EMEA market.
- Able to listen to feedback and adapt to changing business needs.
