Position Overview
We are seeking a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our expanding sales team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our existing business relationships while exploring new market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster and strengthen relationships with current clients to enhance customer loyalty.
- Identify and secure new strategic accounts, particularly in the opto-electronic sector.
- Work collaboratively with the Product Management team to refine the research and development pipeline.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of customer applications to facilitate the creation of tailored products.
- Engage closely with colleagues from various departments including Field Application Engineering and sales support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, Optics, or a related technical discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development of advanced technical products, ideally within optics or photonics.
- Strong foundational knowledge in optics and light measurement technologies.
- Proficient in both spoken and written German and English.
- A self-motivated, proactive individual with excellent communication skills.
